Couples Therapy
We offer couples therapy focused on strengthening connection, improving communication, and rebuilding trust. Our approach integrates Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners better understand and respond to each other’s emotional needs, along with evidence-based techniques from the Gottman Method to foster healthy conflict resolution, deepen intimacy, and support lasting relationship satisfaction. |
Accelerated Resolution Therapy
Quickly process distressing memories and symptoms using rapid eye movements and guided imagery. ART reduces the emotional intensity of traumatic experiences without requiring detailed verbal recounting. It’s a compassionate, efficient therapy proven to relieve symptoms of trauma, anxiety, grief, and more — often in just a few sessions. |
