MADALINE WRIGHT, LMHC
Madaline works with tweens, adults, veterans, and military families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic physical illness. Drawing on CBT and DBT, she supports both emotional and physical well-being through a trauma-informed lens that helps clients identify the patterns holding them back from their goals. Her clients often carry the weight of "I know I should be able to handle this, but I feel overwhelmed" and she meets them there, without judgment, to build practical tools toward feeling grounded and in control again.
Madaline holds a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and brings a background shaped by growing up in a service family, serving herself, and working across hospitals, including Level 1 trauma settings, through the height of COVID. That combination gives her a firsthand understanding of what it means to carry chronic stress, physical illness, and the particular pressures of military and first-responder life not just clinically, but personally. She creates a space that feels genuinely safe for those who protect and care for others, because she's stood in those rooms herself.
When she's not in session, Madaline is usually near the water, walking with her dogs, or watching the sunset settle over the ocean. She's endlessly curious about biomedical research and wellness science, and she finds her own grounding in small glimmer moments: the quiet, easy-to-miss instances of calm and connection that remind her why the work matters.
