Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, or major life transitions. At Phases of Healing Counseling and Therapy, we offer individual therapy for adults in a compassionate, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to reconnect with yourself.
